Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download or play games made by Kapte Games, including Wordie Rush (the "Games"). By playing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.

1. Using the Games

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Virtual items and currency

The Games may include virtual items such as coins, tickets, boosters and collectible cards ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items can be earned in play or bought with real money. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything outside the Game, and cannot be transferred or sold. You get a license to use Virtual Items in the Game, not ownership of them. We may change, rebalance or remove Virtual Items as part of running the Game.

3. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Except where the law requires otherwise, all purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. If a purchase did not arrive, use the Game's restore purchases option or contact support.

The ad-removal purchase removes forced ads, such as ads shown between levels. Optional rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, stay available.

4. Ads

The Games show ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they promote.

5. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, modify or hack the Games, interfere with other players, or use offensive, misleading or infringing leaderboard names. We may remove scores, reset progress, change display names, or suspend access if you break these rules.

6. Our content

The Games, including their code, artwork, characters, text, music and trademarks, belong to Kapte Games or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute or create derivative works from them, except where the law allows.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the Games or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available or free of errors.

8. Disclaimer

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kapte Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or Virtual Items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Games is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop playing at any time by deleting the Game. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 2, 6, 8, 9 and 12 continue to apply after these terms end.

11. App Store terms

If you downloaded a Game from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Kapte Games, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Where these terms conflict with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Apple's agreement applies to the extent of the conflict.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
